Rigging plastics

I have seen the term jig-n-pig a bunch and am wondering what that means?

I am not new into fishing but NEW into plastics & artificials... I was strickly a bobber hook worm guy before this year. That just does not get-er-done for the big piggies that are out there!!!

What are some other hook-up plastics methods that are used to utlilize the greastest chance at catching a big boy or gir?

Jig-n-pig is a rubber-skirted jig tipped with a pork chunk, like Uncle Josh's.
