Our team caught over 200 walleyes from friday-sunday. Only 3 within the slot, and of none caught on sunday for the tourney. That was one cold day to have the tournament. I have never been so cold and wet. Hopefully the next one will be sunny and 80! grin.gif

I know what you mean!! We worked the North End and saw nice fish coming in as we caught nothing but 14.5" all afternoon. We had the same problem at the Milan Bridge. As my home lake, LQP wasn't kind that day. We boated over 25 Eyes on Sunday and could not get a 15+" Eye for anything. The rain didn't help either :-)

I fished it too...not kind to us live bait anglers. Nearly all the top teams caught their fish pulling cranks. Most, but not all, were on the north end. Oh well...I signed up for this to learn. Good thing too, because I pretty much got schooled.

30 some fish on Sunday, not one over the 15" slot. All I brought home is a cold! We got fish on cranks, but they were dinks too! On Sat. we boated a 19.5, 15.75, and a 15.25"er all on live bait, but the same spot only produced 14.5"ers on Sunday. How many teams brought in fish???

There were about 45 teams that caught fish...the majority caught one or two. The top 10 or so teams caught multiples. Given the difficulty of finding measurable fish the first two days, we were just hoping to avoid getting skunked on tournament day.

Like you, we caught probably 100 fish over the course of the three days we fished. Most were 14 inchers. We had some luck on Friday working a point, but then the wind switched for the next two days and it produced nothing. Oh well...on to Minnewaska.
