Anyone know why frabill quit making their houses with the glide trax sleds? I had one until last year, but I sold it for the otter. I really liked it and was looking for my dad.

I think you still can get shacks in the Frabill GT Series, the Magnum and the Fortress and in the R2 Tech GT. Try Cabela's and Reeds once.

no they do not, unless there is a store exclusive model.. i havent seen one yet. the magnum,fortress and r2tech gt dont even exist. i belive they did away with the gt sled to reduce weight. i heard those sleds pulled and tracked great behind vehicles. plus if i'm correct the area where the glide trax were, also served as a rod storage area? i can find out exactly this week on why they did away with it.besides why would you sell your frabill? lol

True, the Frabill GT Series is no longer in production, yet some sporting retailers may still had some GT models in stock.

Sportsmans Guide had the Prowler GT yet, maybe even a few Magnum GT's.

I didn't want to sell it, but the metal brackets that the poles attached to was to high in the bed of my truck with my toneau cover (hope that makes sense). It was ready to puncture the toneau cover at any point. I loved that sled unit, the rod/pole storage idea was great and it pulled nice either by hand or behind the snowmobile. I see a retailer with the initials s.g. still has some, seems spendy though for something that was discontinued. The one bad design on them was the way the seats attached to the sled.
