Shouldn't be to much trouble. Remove the plastic covers and you should see three coils on the front and three on the back. You'll need an allen wrench to remove the screws sometimes a 10mm socket. Once the coils are out of the way the plugs are tight there. I'd be surprised if it took you more than an hour to change all six.

Make sure you are using the O.E. NGK plug. Yes they are expensive but think if you had a standard resistor plug that lasted 30k you would be on your third set at 100k. So take the cost of the standard resistor x 3 and it will be pretty close to the lazer or v power or whatever they recommend.
