gd44
Has anybody ever tried to spray paint their patternmaster choke to try to take away the glare? Just wondering if this would work or if the paint would just come off after a couple of shots.
Maxxed Out
I shoot a patternmaster and have for years. IMO if it's sunny enough that the glare from your patternmaster flairs geese, chances are they would have already flared from the glare of your decoys, layouts, faces, etc. I've shot geese on sunny days, cloudy days, foggy days, days with snow, days with rain and can confidently say I've never had that happen. carpshooterdeluxe
I've never painted mine, but have a buddy who does. the paint will wear off after a few boxes of shells. The only time i've ever thought about whether or not my pm was flaring birds was with spring snows...being they work vertically and notoriously pick out anything wrong with a spread.
