Wondering who hunted the rifle opener this past weekend and what the results were. I hunted in NE Monroe County and we only had one doe taken. We passed on some smaller bucks and does, but nothing worth shooting came by the stands. Not very much shooting at all, pretty quiet. A couple nice pics of bucks at the gas station. Hoping that the cold weather this week will help out next weekend! We did see more deer walking back to the shack than in the stands so we will be stirring them up next weekend!
