.wav files no longer play

Got my 2.2 Android update for my phone this morning.

However, my music player no longer plays .wav files, which is a drag. I get voice mail attached to emails via .wav files and use to be able to listen to them, but no longer can. Help please!

After a quick Google search I found THIS.

It sounds like its a major issue that hasn't been addressed for over 6 months. Just on the one page I linked you to there are probably 100 2.2 users that aren't happy with Google's response (or lack of) to this issue.

Also FYI for those wanting to upgrade their corporate phone to Android, most corporate voicemails come in .WAV format and until this gets fixed you will not be able to listen to them unless you purchase a 3rd party app.

Fixed it with a .99 ap. Worth it to me.

We have vonage at work. Lately its been so horrible. Hard to hear people, and dropping calls and cutting in and out.

Fax over VoIP sucks as well! Sends fine, receives 30% of the time.
