Where can I find factory seat covers?

I left my friends dog in my truck when I ran into the store for a moment only to find when I came back out the he had torn apart the seat on my 01 F150. I cannot seem to find any factory seat covers on the internet. I do not need the foam, just the seat cover itself. Any ideas?

I guess if a Ford dealer doesn't have the cover then it might be worthwhile to look into getting the whole seat from the salvage yard. It will probably cost a fraction of what the cover would at the dealer and be easier to put in.
