Same 44!!

Had a crazy few days out on the water lately...boat and net are covered in slime!

Thought I'd share this...I got a fish tonight about 6:00...we were about ready to throw in the towel when this fish felt like a weed stuck on the sucker up shallow so I gave it a little tug and FISH ON! This fish had 2 big gashes on the other side of the fish not in the pic....and so did another 44 that I got last week and at that moment I thought...."naaah....can't be" and didn't think much of it. Well now that I'm looking at the pics it's the same fish! Caught it 6 days ago about 200 or more yards away on a sucker then too! Notice the weird missing scales and patches and the 2 dots about 2/3 back on the fish. Crazy.

That's awesome! A friend of mine caught the same fish twice in one day a couple months ago. An hour apart on 2 different lures while trolling. Dumb fish!

I once caught a 32" northern, unhooked it and proceeded to toss my lure back into the water. Upon releasing that northern, he immediately swam down and grabbed the lure again. I had to unhook the same fish twice in thirty seconds. Definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed.

catch and release definitely does not work. haha. i caught a 52 a few weeks ago, and my buddy caught the same one 2 or 3 weeks later on the same spot.
