bigg edd
After shooting 3 deer in the past 3 years using Barns Triple Shock bullets in .223 (53 grain,) 30-06 (150 Grain), and .243 (85 grain) I finally recovered a bullet this weekend out of a doe shot with the .243. Shot her at 20 yards quartering towards me. Bullet entered just behind the front shoulder and was under the hide in the rear leg. The deer went 10 yards. I weighed the bullet and it was 85.0 grains. hand load using 36.5 grains of varget.

brassman
I shot my second largest buck yesterday with Barnes new factory loads, .308 150gr. Tipped TSX Vor-TX. I made a 70 yard quartering to me shot that dropped him like a ton of bricks, first time I have been kind of bummed it didn't stop inside. Complete pass-thru, did everything I asked of it, but I really want to find a TTSX.
