Now is the time to get out there. You will catch bigger and more fish. The cooling waters have started a feeding frenzy. It's time for them to fatten up for the winter. Most of the fishers are done for the season and you will probably have the river or lake to yourself. Let us know how you did. I am going to LaSalle in a couple of days. This is one of my favorite Illinois lakes. It is a great multi species lake.
