Matt C
Ok. So I was really looking at the Duramax...but 50k is out of the question.Found a 2010 Silverado, LTZ,...every option avail with 6k miles on it, for 34k.This is a 48k truck brand new....I am sure I can talk the dealer down a bit, and up my trade on my 2002 Tahoe LT.....Do I pull the trigger? Powerstroke
ANy diesel with under 100,000 miles is barely broken in and still under warranty. If you really want a duramax, try to find one with say 50,000 clicks and shoot for that. If might still cost you in the 30-35K range, but you'll have the motor you want. Last year I bought an '05 F350 King Ranch (their top loaded package ($55-60K new) with the diesel and 88,000 miles. Picked it up for $25K.
