norm
I was at a raging party last night. 4 kegs, live band, bonfire, it was a heck of a good time. Woke up this morning in someone elses truck with no phone. Searched all over for it and its nowhere to be found. I'm guessing it fell out of my pocket and someone decided to bring it home with them. My question is this. The lady at Sprint said they can zap it somehow and make it totally inoperable. Do you think they can still do it since I already took service off of it and got a new phone? or does the missing phone need to be activated for it to work? I just dont want people reading through all my texts and email and facebook stuff.
LwnmwnMan2
I'm sure that your data on the phone is still accessible, she probably meant that they would take the EIN # and make it so they could make calls or send texts, etc.
upnorth
Depending on the phone they may be able to send a reset to the phone factory settings. BB and iPhone you can under some circumstances.
