Shore fishing

I for one like having them together, it lets shore fishermen and boat guys get together and fish...

Just last night I fished with a new person and probably made a buddy for life since we shared a boat...

On the other hand, it does sound like a good idea, but I dont want to split the metro fishermen between shore and boat...

Same here...
I used to do more from shore than I now do. Sharing good accessible shore spots would be a great reason for this forum.
Years back, fishing from the South shore on Clear Lake - Waseca (with "Raps")in October was the best way I knew for a chance at a 8+ lb Walleye. The advantage is in not spooking the fish that are shallow with a boat. It is big in the fall for the full moon bite on Tetonka... at the outlet on the South East end of the lake.
