Mill Creek Lake would be a great place to take a child fishing for bluegills. Use a small bobber and hook baited with a piece of worm along the boat docks and shoreline. There is plenty of parking and easy access along the south shore. Bluegill - Excellent: Use a small bobber and hook baited with a piece of worm along the docks.
