Kingfisher
We have all waited and waited to get our boat in the water as the unorganized boat launcher tries to get his stuff in the boat after he has taken up the launch site. Yesterday while waiting to launch our boat at Buffalo Bay Marina, Lake Of the Woods, and watching the mismanagement of time by other boat launchers, it occurred to me that someone should print out a card and sell that could be put under these people's windshield wiper stating proper boat launching etiquette. I would like to buy some.
minneman
imho, the only way we have a chance at getting threw to these people is 2 signs, one at the midway point from the entrance to each access, says, "PREP BOATS HERE ONLY!" then at the access placed where you will be able to read it when the boats at the dock, waiting to load out, says, "STOW BOATS AT EXIT ONLY" "DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS!" "EXIT-->"At least then you could point to the sign to get your point across without confrontation.
Guest
I like both of your ideas, but the problem with the ignorant people out there is that they'll probably ignore both the signs AND anything left under their windshield wiper.
