Has anyone ever fished Lake Marmion before in Ontario? I will be heading there this August with some in-laws and know absolutely nothing about the lake or the area. The people I am going with will be taking their own boats and targeting walleyes mainly from what I have heard. If you know anything about the lake or area, even the slightest bit I would appreciate hearing it! Thanks

Be careful out there, lots of dead heads and rock reefs that pop up real quick. Just take your time. I haven't been there for a few years, but my parents have a cabin at Finlayson Resort, a few miles away, and they fish it quite a bit. They did pretty well for walleyes the last time they were up. Lots of smallies if you like to fish them. Big northerns too.
