Time for this tree to go?

This is a tree of mine that was recently affected in the last storm that rolled through. Prior owners didn't think much when they planted it and due to the large trees behind it, it grew off to the one side to get sunlight. It did have a few branches that were off the other way so it looked "balanced" but those were knocked off in the last storm leaving me with this tree.

Is there any hope to try and stake it and get it growing straight or is it time for the tree to go? (I am assuming the latter)

Thanks,

Steve

Here's another shot of the tree from a different angle.

For some reason, the picture keeps loading sideways, even though it is correct in my photobucket. It at least gives you an idea. Heck, with the picture sideways, the tree doesn't look half bad! It's growing nice and straight!! grin

Might as well part ways with it now.

What'll end up happening is it'll keep growing out the one direction, and eventually you'll get another storm which will easily push it over.

If you REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to keep that SPECIFIC tree, it looks small enough that you could have it moved about 30' over, trim it up, and REALLY REALLY REALLY work at shaping it to grow back into a normal tree, but it'd be MUCH easier to give it the one cut prune and start over, 30' away.
