Going to go on an annual family camping trip. I wanted to find out if its possible to purchase a half/quarter of a cow, or just beef in bulk?

Some ground beef, simple cuts and what not. Last year we pitched in and went to a grocery store, but it gets a little expensive for a few days with 20+ people.

Suggestions appreciated.
