Has anyone used these? Just looking for some feedback on how theyde work for bowhunting. I know they have a beep.... can that be turned down or off?

Seems like it may be fun to have in the deer stand.

I was testing out one last year with a friend of mine that hunts for a tv show in Illinois. They are awesome from what I gathered. We mounted ours on our stabilizers, and side opposite of sight which both produced quality shots. Crystal clear, good audio quality and overall just a great unit. We had some shock resistant saddles which helped a bit. You can't expect hollywood quality from this, that'd be unrealistic, but for bowhunting, catching the time from drawing to release in priceless. We also used in on a tractor when working on food plots which it performed great there too. For some reason I don't remember the beeping, I prolly couldn't hear it anyways. LOL.
