Moose Lake Report

Heading up Saturday for a week of R & R... Meeting some friends from Chicago that would love to catch a few. How's the fishing been? Staying at the Sportsmans and looking for some eye and pan reports? Any advise or presentation would be greatly appreciated!

Thx for the respone gents... Not only did fishing suck... supposed fishing guides know the lakes no better. I will stick to minnesota and the best fishing one can find.

been going there four years now stay at sportsmans catch wallys r a litte small big crappies and good muskie action with nice sized smallies 20inches plus wife hit two muskies on small spinners so this guy just hit a bad week if going there dont be afraid to fish 4 to 8 feet deep dont really produce from what i can see in summer anyway

Has anyone been on Moose lake this summer lookin, for a report.

I was out there a couple weeks ago during the heatwave. Water temps 80-85. Two tiny fish for a whole day of guiding. Unfortunately, summer on Moose is not easy fishing. Plenty of other lakes around there with not so dark water that are producing.
