big river (pierce co) wis.

anyone fish this river? is there public access to it? I notice part of it is class 1 and the other part is class 2. just was looking for more streams to fish so any info would be appreciated. thanks!

I have not fished it but thought about it. Marty Engel suggested it last year for early on before the weeds get tall. Looks like an OK pool upstream of 35 bridge. As for access I do not believe it has any. Contact landowners or keep your feet wet, use your best judgement.

Yeah, I've fished it. It's got a few fish in it, but there's better streams in the area.

Thanks guys, this is my first year fishing WI trout, so you'll get more questions like this from me. I guess for now I'll just stick with the willow and kinni and if I feel adventurous, I'll try the rush.
