Help please with tactics!

Hello all!

I'm heading up from Florida to north central Minnesota from the last week in June, until 2nd week in July..

The lake has deep water to 80', as well as some shallow weed bays. There is a good pop of ciscoes according to survery, but apparently larger, like 12".

Realisticaly, during the day I'll be helping my kidsa off the dock. Anyone have any "generic" sugguestions for this area/time of year?

I'm thinking of randomly trolling over the basin with a cm18 rapala, or a # 9 shad rap, but obviously could use some help!

thanks!

Craig

bottom bouncer. inline spinners with crawlers or leeches. Lindy rigs. pulling cranks is a good way to locate active fish. find the structure and weedlines work depths 10-30 feet. slip bobber outside the bays or around the weedline at night. You could pull minnows if you wanted some fast pike action.
