looking for louvered plates (deck steplyte style)

I'm coming to the tail end of my deck project and am starting to consider lighting options... I've looked at all of the available kits that you can buy for $30+ a light, and wasn't too impressed or thrilled with this option as I have about 20 posts to light up.

I've basically decided to rig up my own lights using LED's, some custom waterproofing and about 800ft of low voltage wiring smile. Problem is, I can't find any louvered plates for the life of me. I'm looking for a rectangular plate, any material and color (I'll be painting them black) about ~2"x2.5" or a little bigger in size. I know there's got to be some machine shop out there that manufactures just plates for custom chassis cooling options, but am having a hard time tracking one down.

I know it might be a long shot posting here, but can anyone point me towards a stash of these little gems?
