Ebiz Posted May 12, 2010 Share Posted May 12, 2010 1 gallon water1 cup of pickeling salt (enough to float an egg)1 cup brown sugarFeel free to add any other stuff into the mix, I've used black pepper, garlic, oranges, lemons, etc.Heat water, salt, and sugar enough to disolve and cool.
