luckycrank Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 I have never had to second coat my guides or wraps using high build finish fortunatly I was out of finish on my last project and had to use a different brand.I didn't get all the threads covered properly.can you give them another coat? upnorth Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 You are fine putting on a 2nd coat. I normally use a regular build and go with 2 thin coats anyway. I get a flatter nicer finish that way.
