Honda 90 alternator output?

I have 1999 BF 90. Does anyone know the max amp and volt I should get out of this engine. Mine maxes out at 13.5 - 13.7 volts and 10 to 13 amps. It seems my starting battery not getting enough power to charge properly. I have a new group 27 AGM starting and have heard they like to charge at higher volts 14.2 or so, but this battery didn't mention it needed anything special. So basically is alternator wearing out or is my battery choice wrong for this outboard.

While I don't have Honda's specs, the output your seeing seems reasonable, perhaps a little low on the amperage, but within the ballpark to me.

Are you sure you don't have a battery draw somewhere else that is pulling the battery down, vs not charging it up fast enough?
