Rod Repair??

Where can I get a rod repaired around my area? I have a Shimano Scimitar that needs the guide closest to the reel replaced. I only used it a couple of times and now noticed that the ceramic is broken and has sharp edges.

Possibly a rod builder in my area around Waseca???

looks like the guide itself is around three to four bucks..... you could fix it yourself for under ten.....if you want you can shoot me an e mail and i could help ya, im in or around waterville almost daily....
