MLee
I bought an earthquake tiller with 43cc 2 stroke viper motor that broke after 40 minutes of use. The manufacturer tried to say I did not put oil in the gas when i actually mixed it at 32 to 1 when it calls for 50 to 1. Ardisam makes both Earthquake tillers and Eskimo ice augers. Ardisam is a horrible company to work with and I would recommend not buying any of their products.
Down2Earth
I have both a tiller (which has been trouble free for 2 years and an eskimo ice auger. I broke the plastic throttle, called them up and they had a new one shipped to my door in 2 days. But UPS left it lay on the front step and the thing blew away. I called Ardisam back up and they had another one shipped to me free of charge. I thought they were very good to work with.
CJH
Take it back where you bought it. See what they say.
