Just wondering if anyone's heading out to the minnesota soon? I've got the itch real bad to get out. At the Muskie expo i bought a new rod and reel for both muskies and cats and can't wait to try it. I bought a 8'6 Okuma heavy action rod and a new abu 6600 c4. Would it be way to early to go out saturday evening and give it a shot? I haven't driven by the river lately to see how the water levels are. Looking to go anywhere from shakopee to jordan.
