1989 Evinrude

I have a 1989 xp 100 Evinrude STLCCA, took it out of storage and put the muffs on and fired it up. I noticed some water coming out of the bottom two sparkplugs. There was also some water pooling on the inside. My buddy had some equipment, the compression was 140 in all four plugs. He thought it was the exhaust gasket leak, he said nothing else was leaking. He said it is not a very tough job to do. But I am not sure on all of the gaskets I need to order. Would it be just the head gaskets and exhaust gasket? Or is there more? When you say coming out of the spark plugs, where excactly do you mean? I've seen the water passage gaskets leak many times, I suspect thats what you mean.
