chrysler 25 hp. help!

i recently orderd a lower unit seal kit with the part # of 12-fk1068 and they appear to be for a smaller motor. none of the o rings or seals fit. the serial #of the motor is 252h1e. could someone please find the right seals? thanks!!!!

I just looked it up with the model number and it appears to be the correct kit number. the 252's were between '72-'78, 82-83. It doesnt look like they changed anything until 1989 (different seal kit #), which would have been Force by then but basically still a Chrysler. Do you know the excact year?

i believe the motor is a 1981. according to the serial number. thanks!!!!!

I had a 82 chrylser I compared it to a 72?73? for parts exchange.The lower units were noticably different.The 72 was way smaller.
