“Extended Stay Motel” or apartment in the Sioux Falls area.

Hello,

I am looking for a single bedroom or studio apartment type apartment or even an “Extended Stay Motel“. I would prefer to rent month to month. I would love a garage also but not a deal breaker. Even a basement would be just fine.

Can anybody give me some names of places or ideas?

It might be tough to find month by month apartments to live in Sioux Falls. However, I'd look around at a few of the smaller surrounding communities such as Tea, Renner, Baltic, Hartford, Colton, and Dell Rapids. All of these towns are within 25 minutes of SF.

BTW- Where do you live in "Central Lincoln County"? Just curious, I grew up in Ivanhoe.
