Abu Vendetta Rod

I recently purchased a medium heavy 7ft Vendetta casting and really like it. It does seem much stiffer the more I compare it to other brands. I'm actually thinking of moving to a medium action, which for the Vendetta still feels a bit stiffer than some other brand's MHs. Anyone else comparing these rods to other brands? I really like the overall feel, but I'm stuck on which power to go with. I'll use it mostly for cranks, worms, spinnerbaits and trolling cranks.

I'm torn between this rod and the Limit Creek MH casting rod. Any suggestions?

Hey anchor man, you are right, the Vendetta is much stiffer than other brands for the power that it is rated, but it is also extremely lightweight for how stiff it is. Thats why I think the mh Vendetta is the best rod out there for worm, jig, spinnerbait fishing unless you want to spend $300. However, if you are going to be using cranks with it along with worms and spinnerbaits then I would go with the medium Vendetta 7'. It will still have plenty of power for fishing worms and spinnerbaits, but the reduced backbone and increased length will keep thrown lures while fishing cranks to a minimum.
