NO lights, no speedo, no AWD (but this might be an issue with the hubs) no temp light, nothing on the handlebars work except the brake and throttle. When I try to hook up a battery it sparks and the relay clicks. 12v battery. Followed the wires the best I could all the way from the handlebars to the brake lights. Not sure whats goling on. Anyone else have a similar issue and what did you do to correct it?

Considering everything you listed is tied to the headlight pod, including the 4wd, it could be something as simple as a burnt out light bulb. Check all the lights in the headlight pod, including the backlight for the speedo.
