Where to aim?

Thinking about going with stick and string this year. But I am getting mixed reviews on where to aim. Base of wing, top of leg, center wing? Just looking for what has worked best for some of you guys or gals.

Best angle I've had is coming at you...bury the arrow near where the beard comes out and they won't go far.

I pulled that exact shot about 6 inches left last spring (horrible case of TOM fever...) and still got him, but had to find him in a brush pile a couple hundred yards away.

Nwbuck is right on the money with a facing you shot. Regardless, this shot doesn't present itself all the time. A broadside shot, you want to be aiming for the elbow of the wing which will guarantee a lung if not a heart shot. One thing, don't be afraid to lessen your poundage a bit. I've never had a bird get away with an arrow in them, and seen more get away with total pass throughs. IDK, works for me though.
