It used to be beat around the bush letting you know who they were talking about. Now they just straight up slam each other left and right. Did something in the slander law lift? waterbound Posted March 11, 2010 Share Posted March 11, 2010 I might be wrong, but I don't think it was ever illegal to use a competitor's name for slander but it was probably a choice.
