I fished Caliper every year for about 15 years when I was younger, then haven't gone for about 5-7 yeras now, but am going back this summer. The regs always said that it has smallies, but I don't think I have seen more than one caught, and that was recently. Anyone have any insight to the smallie population in Caliper? Especially what has happened in the last 10 years or so.
