I don't know much about fishing for catfish but i was wondering if its to early to try fishing for them in the river.

if you are free on saturday consider going to the cool cats event up on horseshoe lake by richmond. go to the get together forum on here and look up the post for cool cats 2010. there is currently about 40 people that will be there and everyone will be fishing catfish through the ice.
