Scrambled Eggs - Milk or No-Milk

Milk in scrambled eggs is an absolute travesty, and should be punished with severe beatings.

Whip like a maniac, add some cheese, and pull them off as they are approaching completion. Fried in bacon (or sausage link) grease is required.

Problems with cholesterol? Wash 'em back with a beer!

I usually use Cottage Cheese instead of Milk or Water, but have done it all three ways.
