I have taken into possession a '93 polaris sportsman 250. It is in super condition as far as body, tires etc. However, my bro in law owned it for a few years and never used it-at all. He got from his father who hadn't used it in a couple years. So, question is will a tune up and a new battery take care of this? It will not start at the moment but did this past summer. It has always been well taken care of with service records and low miles. Question two is: is a 250 strong enough to pull a decoy trailer full of dekes into a wet field? I would obviously like a larger atv but am getting this REALLY cheap and it comes with a plow, and winch and is in great shape other than not running for a few years. Any thoughts?
