What are you catching and where?

I know people are sensitive (Myself included) about giving too much info on where they are fishing so I'm being as vague as I deem necessary here... I have been catching a LOT of perch in the NE metro and Chisago Co. area - some keepers, some not - also LOTS of bluegills and northerns with nice size to them.

I've been mostly fishing panfish baits and taking what comes... though I've been very impressed by the Hexi fly and the Little atom plastics this year in different spots.

Crappies and Walleyes have been tougher this year, especially the 'eyes and especially lately ... What have you been catching and where?

OK walleye fishing and GREAT perch action in the Cass Lake area this ice season. Various colors of buckshot rattle spoons fished next to a deadsticked red hook w/a fathead. 18-20 FOW has worked best for the early/late walleye bite (though it slowed down a lot in early Jan). I've found perch everywhere from 8 - 30 FOW. Lots of tulibees in 25-30 FOW also.

We have been catching the cold/flu for the last month which has greatly limited my time out.

Fished 4 times in 8 days two weeks ago up here with very little luck.

Im am going out to my permanent this weekend, I don't care how crappy I feel.
