First-time youth turkey hunters ages 12 to 17 have the chance to go afield this spring and learn from an experienced National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) volunteer.

Mentors wanted.

If you were interested, the best way is to contact your local National Wild Turkey Federation chapter (http://www.nwtfchapter.org/minnesotastatechapter/index.html and click, “In Your State” on the left hand side of the page). They are in charge of their area’s hunts. Or try email Lance Morgan ([email protected]) in the Cambridge area. He’s looking for mentors and for private lands to hold the hunts on.
