If you're not needing to upgrade your sonar, then yes I'd keep it. Should turn your non-HDS into a similar performing unit. I was pretty impressed with the sonar on my HDS 7 last fall. If it was less than the $150-200 range, I'd probably keep it.

I was going to say that $350 was the absolute most I could see paying for it, but didn't have anything to really base it on other than it had to be fractionally less than an HDS5. You'd probably be WAY better off returning the broadband and selling the 522c and getting an HDS5. If you had bought it to upgrade a large screen unit, it might be worthwhile.
