Lake f the woods would pretty much consist of walleye fishing correct? Do you catch much for perch up there?

You get nice perch but not great numbers.

I would stop an hour short of LOTW and fish Red Lake..based on our experiences in the last few years, more consistent walleye fishing.

LOW for me too. It's just an entirely different feeling I get when I go there compared to any other lake I've ever fished. Just knowing there are trophies in there and plenty of eaters and maybe some perch or northerns as well!

The Bemidji area would come second with no lake inparticular, but there are a bunch in the area worth hitting!
