PCphoto
I picked up a Clam Nanook thermal last winter and love it. I have a little extra space if it's just me fishing, but it has just enough room to have someone join you for a few hours. I rigged the second seat to pop out easily, but often leave it in and use it as a table to set jig boxes, etc. It's small enough to fit in my short box pickup, and I only need a heater in it when it's really cold or windy, and then I have to open the door a bit or I get too warm. minky
Clam makes a quality product! I may look at the model you purchased when I need to replace my one man clam.
Eric_Kruger
I just purchased the Eskimo Wideone inferno. I have to say it's very nice. Warm and plenty of room for a one man. The new style chair works good. I built a frame so it fits on my sled. My little buddy was more than enough heat. I agree, I moved from a scout, to a cottage, to the wide one and wont go back, the wide one combines both the previous two into one solid shack. I love mine. light, roomy, and warm.
