suburban oven burner won't light

I just bought a brand new suburban oven/range combo for my fish house. The top 3 burners work great. Nice big flames.

however, for some reason I can not get the oven burner to light. I can get the pilot on the oven to light, but nothing happens when I turn up the heat on the oven.

what's up?
