bumble you might wanna check out the Hackensack forum for info on that. But I use to have a cabin up in that area also very good lakes to fish. Hmm have to head back that way soon also

check out the fishing report on mnspearingguides dot com. it us usually updated weekly and been trying to keep up on ice thickness. This of course is on the whitefish chain. but the other local lakes have roughly the same. most of the time a little more.

as far as snow, there is 6-8" on the lakes, it is packed and some of it was slushed up and now froze over again. a few spots are still slush.
