95 RXL Lights dimming???

I took my sled out tonight and from time to time the headlight, dashlights, and taillight will go dim. Could this be a voltage regulator issue, or maybe it is just a loose connection somewhere??? The sled continues to run fine when the aforementioned issues arise. Any ideas?

Oh, and one other thing, the sled is efi and has a battery. I'm not sure if that matters or not.

sounds like a ground problem,check all of your connections.i am pretty sure a voltage reg prob would cause everything to get brighter and start burning bulbs.

I just went for a twenty mile ride and the lights worked fine for the most part. When it I got home I popped open the hood, and it looks as though there is wire (brown-ground???)that is broken off. It looks as though it used to run to the negative battery terminal.
