Fishing out in Garrison, ND

I will be heading out to Garrison, ND the second weekend of August for a little family reunion/fishing tourney. Both my uncles have the MAJOR edge as they live respectively in Minot and Garrison and fish the lakes regularly. I believe we will be fishing Audubon one day and Sakakawea the other for Wally's. I read something about certain "places" around ND and parts of these two lakes where you can run 2 rods in the summer/4 in the winter. Can someone either correct or confirm this for me, and let me know if this includes the parts around Garrison.

Also, any tips or advice will be appreciated!

That is correct....in ND you can have 2 lines/person in the summer and 4 each in the winter.
